THE PROBLEM
Momentum doesn't build arms. Tension does.
Bars and ropes let your wrists bend, your elbows drift and your body swing. True Form straps your forearm to one fixed path, so the load lands on the muscle you're actually training.

✓ Fits any standard cable machine
✓ Tested at 20 kg on a Matrix cable machine
✓ Arrives fully assembled
A single-arm cable attachment for strict triceps pushdowns and biceps curls. Your forearm sits in a rigid brace on one fixed path, so the load lands on the muscle you are training instead of your grip, your wrists or your lower back.
Double-arm pushdowns split the load, drag your torso into the rep and cost you a fortune in fatigue. One arm on a locked path flips that: pure isolation, a lower fatigue cost and a clean point of failure you can actually push to. Clips onto any standard cable machine in seconds.

SCIENCE-BASED LIFTING
Backed by peer-reviewed research: Krzysztofik et al., 2019 · Int J Environ Res Public Health (NIH)
MECHANICAL TENSION
The research on growth keeps coming back to one thing: how much tension the target muscle actually takes. A locked path sends all of it into the muscle and none into your joints.
CONTROLLED ECCENTRICS
Slow, controlled negatives are one of the best documented growth stimuli in the literature. The rigid brace lets you fight the weight down without your wrists folding first.
TRUE ISOLATION
With momentum and grip fatigue gone, there's nothing left to cheat with. Either the biceps or triceps moves the weight, or it doesn't move.
HOW IT WORKS
01 · PULLEY LOW
Strap your forearm into the support and curl. The brace keeps your elbow fixed and the path locked, with no swinging and no wrist flick. Squeeze at the top, lower under control.
02 · PULLEY HIGH
Lock the pivot, push down to full extension and fight the negative. Your wrist stays neutral the whole rep and all the tension lands on the triceps, where it belongs.

THE BUILD
Tested at 20 kg on a Matrix cable machine: no flex in the brace, no slip in the pivot.
01 · RIGID BRACE
Full forearm support that won't flex when the stack gets heavy.
02 · LOCKABLE PIVOT
Locked for pushdowns. Free for curls. Switch in seconds.
03 · UNIVERSAL CLIP
Hooks onto any standard cable-machine carabiner. No adapters, no tools.
WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE
Inside the box: the True Form attachment itself, held together by a single M6 x 40 bolt and its nut, both already mounted. Nothing to assemble, nothing extra to buy. Unbox it, clip it onto the carabiner and train.
The forearm strap is about 30 cm long, so it fits any arm. The attachment weighs around 150 g and ships at roughly 200 g packaged.
FAQ
Does it fit my gym's cable machine?
Yes. It clips onto any standard cable-machine carabiner, commercial gym or home rack. No adapters, no tools.
What exercises does it cover?
Two strict movements: triceps pushdowns with the pulley high and the pivot locked, and biceps curls with the pulley low. One attachment for your whole arm session.
How is it different from a rope or a straight bar?
A rope loads your grip as much as your arms. True Form holds the position for you, so grip fatigue never ends your set early and you can push the target muscle closer to real failure.
How much weight does it take?
We ran it at 20 kg on a Matrix cable machine and it held perfectly, with no flex in the brace and no slip in the pivot. That is the load we have tested so far, and it covers strict pushdowns and curls for most lifters.
