Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, no questions asked. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and we honour it in full.

To start a return, email us at trytrueform@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. The attachment needs to come back unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we check it over, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you as soon as the refund is on its way.

Pre-orders

Placed a pre-order and changed your mind? You can cancel any time before we ship it, for a full refund. Just email us with your order number.

Damaged or defective items

If your attachment arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the costs.
