Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, no reason needed. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and we honour it in full.

To withdraw, use the withdrawal form on this site or email trytrueform@gmail.com with your order number. We confirm your request by email and send you the return address. The attachment needs to come back unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we check it over, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days. We email you as soon as the refund is on its way.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

If your attachment arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the costs.

2-year legal guarantee

As an EU consumer you have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity, starting the day your order is delivered.

It covers defects that were already present at delivery: a print that fails under normal use, a brace that cracks, a pivot that stops holding, a bolt or strap that gives out.

It does not cover normal wear, incorrect mounting, modifications to the product, or use beyond the loads described on the product page.

If your attachment is faulty, email trytrueform@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We repair or replace it free of charge. If neither is possible, you get a price reduction or a full refund, as the law provides.
