The basics

This store is run by True Form, based in Romania. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under EU consumer law.

Orders

When you place an order you get a confirmation email. That is when the contract between us starts. Every attachment is made to order and handed to the courier within 2-4 business days.

Using the product

The True Form attachment is a training accessory for cable machines. Check that it is properly clipped in and that the strap is secure before every set, and stay within the loads described on the product page. Like any gym equipment, you use it at your own risk: we are not liable for injuries or damage caused by incorrect mounting, modification of the product, or use outside its intended purpose.

Withdrawal, returns and legal guarantee

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. You can exercise it through the withdrawal form on this site or by email, as described in our refund policy.

As an EU consumer you also have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity for defects present at delivery. The details are in our refund policy.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro), or, if you live in another EU country, your national European Consumer Centre.
