Shipping policy

Where we ship

Shipping is free everywhere in the European Union, on every order, with no minimum.

We also ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Shipping to those countries is calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are not included and are paid by you.

How long it takes

Every attachment is made to order, checked and packed by us. Orders are handed to the courier within 2-4 business days. Delivery then usually takes another 2-5 business days inside the EU, or 5-10 business days elsewhere, depending on your country. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Need to change your address? Email us before the order ships and we update it. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was never picked up, we contact you to arrange a new delivery.
