Where we ship

We ship across the European Union, and shipping is free on every order. If you are outside the EU and want a True Form, email us at trytrueform@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

How long it takes

Every attachment is checked and packed by us before it goes out. Orders are usually handed to the courier within 2-4 business days, and delivery typically takes another 5-10 business days depending on your country. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders ship in the window shown on the product page. If that window changes, we email you right away, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Wrong address or no delivery

Need to change your address? Email us before the order ships and we will update it. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or the package was not picked up, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
